- Dr Anastassia offers orthodontic treatment for children and adults. She is convinced that most cases can be effectively treated with clear aligners.
- Certified in Invisalign and Angel systems, she knows how to coordinate different specialist roles in multidisciplinary cases.
- After moving to the UK with her family, she continued working as a specialist in several modern private clinics in London. Currently, she lives in London but works in Estonia, developing aligner treatment standards here.

Elena Verhotina specialises in supporting the body’s functional balance through manual and integrative bodywork approaches.
Her academic background includes:
- P. F. Lesgaft State Institute of Physical Culture, Saint Petersburg – Physical Education Instructor
- University of Tartu, Faculty of Medicine, Sports Medicine programme
She completed professional osteopathic training at:
- Russian Higher School of Osteopathic Medicine (RVSHOM), Saint Petersburg, developed in collaboration with the French school of osteopathy.
Continuing education and professional seminars include:
- osteopathic seminars on myofascial chains
- PDTR method (José Palomar)
- Vitaplastika techniques
- speech and myofunctional massage (logomassage)
- courses in neurokinesiology and neuropsychology
