Our preferred and most efficient communication method is our website’s online chat, where you can ask both administrative and treatment-related questions.
We primarily use the phone for sharing important information or discussing treatment issues. Due to limited team resources, we may not always answer calls immediately.
You can also email us or connect through social media platforms.
A routine check-up is a short appointment where we assess aligner fit, patient compliance, oral hygiene, and tooth movement. Occasionally, we perform interproximal enamel reduction or adjust attachments as needed.
Additional visits for emergency care are available if necessary.
If you wish to consult the doctor between scheduled visits, you can book a paid interim consultation.
Absolutely! Early treatment often helps create better conditions for jaw development and the eruption of permanent teeth. For instance, if a child has a narrow upper jaw, we start by expanding the upper arch before aligner treatment to ensure the best results.
Please note: We currently do not have a contract with Tervisekassa, so all orthodontic services for children are paid.
